Well, it will be as soon as or as long as our financing paperwork and the appraisal/inspections go as we want them to.
The house we found is right in town, on the same street as the gym the youth center is renting to hold their activities. Here's a copy of an e-mail I sent out about it the other day.
Well, as some of you know we have been house-hunting for a few months now. We are pleased to announce that the search is now OVER, pending financing details. We will definitely be posting pictures as soon as we start moving in.
The house is right in town but feels like it's out in the country. It's a two-story farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, a large country kitchen, and a very deep backyard. We couldn't have asked for a better fit for our taste, family, or budget! We have been very, very blessed!

We absolutely cannot wait to move, even though it means our crazy summer will be even crazier! Keep an eye out for pictures popping up on here when we start moving into our first "real" home--should be mid- to late-July!
